DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA).

1) Our Policy

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Medical Education Center may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and/or links while we review the claim.

2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Send an email that includes all items below:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  3. Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, including exact URL(s) on mededu.center and any relevant file names/IDs.
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, phone, and email.
  5. The statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. The statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”

3) Counter-Notice

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed/disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, phone, and email.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or any district where the service provider may be found) and acceptance of service from the original complainant or their agent.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore material within 10–14 business days unless we’re informed that legal action has been filed.

4) Repeat Infringers & Important Notes

  • Where applicable, we may suspend access for repeat infringers.
  • We deliver educational materials via third-party cloud services (primarily Google Drive; by request Pcloud or Mega). Valid notices relating to listings, metadata, or links on mededu.center will be actioned.
  • Submitting false or misleading notices/counter-notices may result in legal liability.
